Kamino Sunrise

when we last left our adventurers

Mexican stand-off on Ossus; iquisitors…

picked up comet Jedi refugees.

8/8 XP

People they got out of tubes:

  • Jango Fett (clone, w/ memories; not last 6 mo. of Jango’s life, remembers Argon’s mom, now looking for his son.)
  • Palpatine Clone (eaten by the hyperdrive)
  • Argon 2.0 (“Xenon”)
  • Alana 2.0
  • Elizara 2.0 (now working with Incom/ the Alliance)
  • Enaran 2.0 (rivalrous?)
  • Master Plo Kunn
  • Master Mace WIndu (withered, old)
  • Master Quinlan Voss
  • (Civilian “east-Asian” woman, painter/artist)
  • Master Sypho Dias (sp, brain dead)
  • Clone of Falon Grey (X3, not doing super well)

Captain Macha ostensibly joined the Rebellion, assuming she didn’t run off with Jango Fett. Other members of her senior crew also defected.

XP: 8/8

Plan is to try to ambush and talk to [the honorable*] Captain Macha [who is transporting clones of the party, other stuff from Kamino, aboard the Dark Horse].

Party being advised by [named NPC, reporting to Named NPC]. They’ve promised to get the party ion mines (from cap-scale torpedos) and a squad of Y-wings (and booze to top the Y-wing pilots with; Porkins is involved.)

Leak on Aalderaan, possibly bad things have happened.

  • the “Mandalorian warrior’s code” sort of honor.

play ends on Alderaan, with the proposal that Obi-wan train Luke and Leia.

play ends with travelling to the past, etc.

think it was 7/7 xp

Play begins where it left off, with our heroes meeting with Admiral Bast on a dedicated diplomatic-appointed Lambda class shuttle.

The party presented information on the Antediluvian threat, on which Bast claimed to be poorly briefed. Bast, it turned out, had not destroyed Ossus or Nal Hutta.

Bast bore an anachronistic projectile weapon at her hip, which she claimed was a gift.

Bast revealed that while they had been talking, Imperial forces had ambushed and encircled the Alliance fleet.

Bast contacted Thrawn, who pointed out that the party may wish to apply to the Chiss for citizenship.

Apparently, Thrawn and Vader decided the Emperor would really like to be the new best friend of the Antediluvians, because Vader/Anakin contacted Narkin telepathically, and revealed the location of Byss as the Emperor’s secret self-cloning facility.

Considering their problems, the party decided to seek out the Katana fleet. They found it, as well as Talon Kardde. (Dameth offered to lead Kardde to a treasure, as payment. Also, it was her ticket out of the limelight.) Finally, Kardde provided contact information for Garm Bel Iblis.

The party contacted Iblis, and he proposed meeting “at the Professor’s cousin’s estate”.

There, they found Lando, Garm, Wedge, and Soontir Fel, and discussed possible approaches. There were various enslaved alien populations, scattered groups of rebels, etc… between them all, they may be able to get the 100,000s of needed trained personnel to man a fleet to make an attack on Byss.

They wanted to contact the Gree, and they knew of a thousand-year-old Gree droid waiting in a now-abandoned diplomatic area on Corrousant. They waited until the Emperor was out of town, and sought to travel with protective darkside camoflage. (Ventress appeared after her name was spoken, and requested a boon from Soontir’s firstborn.)

Ventress was last seen fighting dark acolytes and storm troopers.

The valet who brought he party to Corrousant aboard a luxury vessel, and his astromech droid, were known to Lord Thul. This individual mentioned they knew the location of survivors from the jedi/apprentices Thul saved.

Free droid, present for hundreds of years / thousands of years.

Has hologram of old Narkin on it…

8/8— xp

On Ossus, loads of holocrons, grabbed haphazardly.

Party explored Ossus, Jedi Ood became a force ghost, left system as Terror SDS was closing with the planet.

Play ended with Captain Macha showing up in Thrawn’s stead.

XP: 6/6, two learning XP for Argon for Sense.

… When we last left our adventurers, they were on course for Nar Shada …

… stuff happens…

… the flood / gree/ forerunner weapons/ locusts …

5/5 xp

When we last left our intrepid adventurers, Alana had spent some time recovering in a bacta tank, while the rest of our heroes intervened in the fate of the Skywalker clan, preventing Luke from being ambushed during his intended ambush/confrontation of his father, Anakin “Vader” Skywalker.

They successfully reached the Derriphan III via a dangerous atmospheric maneuver. Play begins with Alana waking up, and our heroes considering their next move. (Confirm, but you’re flying back towards the rebel fleet, right?)

(They’re near Tatoine, right? That ship, the Chance Encounter…)

Play began with our heroes recovering from their encounter with Vader.

Briefed Alana on what had happened

Made a microjump, only to be attacked by the chance encounter.

Foot soldiers of cortosis-laced zombie skeletons in space suits. Primary antagonists of Adept Dameth and James Blond, with Kreius in the background.

Narkin took off Dameths arm and leg, blinded Blond. Kreius surrendered and was sedated.

They searched the ship, etc.

Luke was pulled out of the Bacta a week later. (He acted kind of funny)

Party learned that (first) the Rebel fleet had been attacked by the Gree, (second) that they had a lot of internal factionalism, and third, that large chunks of the fleet had defected or ran off. (Core group including Leia, Cracken, Ackbar remaining).

Luke was eventually revealed to be under Blonds influence. Dameth had a moment of doubt. They confronted Blond, who sucked the life out of Kreius as Luke tried to break into the medbay. Narkin and Argon (?) stabbed Blond until he stayed dead, after which Luke was more like his old self.

Argon got access to (old) Tzin, who tested him before teaching instinctive astrogation. Also passed on pointers on comet habitats.

Gree droid ships (silver egg-shaped vessels with strange weapons).

… still headed to Nar Shada

… suggested new ship name: The Lost Years.

xp was 5/5, Narkin gained a force point, however people may not have recorded XP.
